Our Standard 8 Seater is a Ford Tourneo Custom for up to eight passengers, with forward-facing reclining seats, air conditioning and USB charging. A professional driver is included. We confirm luggage space and any child-seat requirements before accepting your booking.
The Executive Luxury 16 Seater (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) is our luxury option, carrying up to 16 passengers plus the driver. Luggage is checked against passenger and bag numbers before we confirm the vehicle.

Hotels in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Westminster and the West End range from wide forecourts to narrow streets with loading restrictions. Send the hotel name and address and we confirm where the vehicle can stop, or agree a nearby meeting point such as a side entrance or a specific bay.

Collecting from more than one hotel
If your group is split across hotels, list each address with the number of passengers and bags at each. We plan the collection order and timing so the last pick-up still reaches the airport, cruise terminal or venue at the agreed time, and confirm the plan on the quotation.
