The Standard 8 Seater suits the bridal party or immediate family. The Executive Luxury 16 Seater adds leather seating and ambient lighting for larger guest groups. For more guests than one vehicle can carry, we review a multi-vehicle arrangement and confirm it in writing.
To plan the day we ask for: venue addresses for each stop; your schedule, including the final return time; guest numbers for each movement; any shuttle loops between hotels and venues; luggage; access or vehicle pass requirements; whether you need transfers only or the vehicle on standby. We plan drop-off and collection points with the venue's traffic arrangements in mind. Access is set by the venue and local authorities, so we cannot guarantee the nearest door or unrestricted access; the agreed point is confirmed to your group before the day.

Can you collect guests from several hotels?
Yes. Hotel collections and shuttle loops are planned into the itinerary. Each loop, its timings and the guest numbers per movement are set out on your quotation; if one vehicle cannot carry every movement in time, we review a multi-vehicle arrangement with you.
How is the late return arranged?

Is alcohol allowed on board?
Tell us in advance if you want to bring or consume alcohol. Any permission is confirmed in writing and remains subject to the rules for the journey and vehicle. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the vehicle.

Do you decorate the minibus?
Discreet decoration is fine on request — bridal ribbon on the rear, a flower posy at the centre console. We don't apply external paint, lettering or large attachments.
