The company was created around a frustration that anyone who books group travel regularly will recognise. The vehicle usually turns up. What often does not turn up is the planning around it: someone who has looked at the collection point, checked whether the vehicle can actually access it, counted the luggage honestly, and can be reached on the day when the plan needs to change.
That planning is the product. The vehicle is how it is delivered.

Terra ProLuxe is a boutique operation, and deliberately so. From the initial enquiry through to the completed journey, every booking is managed with close attention to timing, vehicle presentation, passenger requirements and communication.
Rather than operating as a high-volume booking platform, Terra ProLuxe focuses on carefully managed executive travel and long-term client relationships. You are not routed through an anonymous booking centre, and your itinerary is not passed to whichever supplier happens to be cheapest that morning.

Straight about what we are
We do not claim national offices, a large internal chauffeur team or a fleet we do not have. Where a journey requires capacity beyond our own vehicles, we say so and arrange it transparently.
