Pre-booked minibus hire with a driver, operated from our Northwood, Greater London base. We plan journeys throughout the UK, each quoted around the actual route, group size and luggage. Collections outside London can be quoted too; any vehicle positioning, crossings or overnight driver arrangements are confirmed in writing.
London hotel and business districts
Central and West London hotel collections are planned around the hotel forecourt, loading rules and road charges. The City of London and Canary Wharf are covered as business districts for meetings, roadshows and airport runs.
Airports and private aviation
Group transfers to and from the London airports and Farnborough for private aviation. Other UK airports can be quoted as a long-distance journey.
Cruise ports
Southampton and Dover are the main cruise routes. Portsmouth and Tilbury can be quoted individually on request.
Private day tours
Self-guided days out with the vehicle and driver for the reserved hours. Tickets, guides and meals are booked separately unless agreed in writing.
Sport and event venues
Outward and return transfers, or the vehicle reserved on standby, with an agreed return collection point. Venue access is set by the venue and local authorities.
UK cities and long-distance journeys
One-way, return and multi-day journeys across England, Scotland and Wales, quoted around the route. Northern Ireland journeys, including the crossing and driver planning, are quoted individually.

How UK journeys are quoted
Choose the Ford Tourneo Custom 8 seater and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 16 seater. Tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and specialist items you will carry. We check the load against your passenger numbers and confirm the suitable vehicle in your written quotation.
For multi-day journeys the quotation itemises, where applicable, driver accommodation, driver subsistence, crossings and tolls, and whether a second driver is needed to stay within legal driving hours. These are not included unless they appear on the quotation.
An enquiry or estimate does not hold a vehicle. A booking is confirmed only after the written quotation is accepted and the deposit is received, and we confirm in writing.
Can you collect from outside London?
Yes. Collections elsewhere in the UK can be quoted. Where the vehicle needs to travel to the start point, that positioning is shown on the written quotation.
Do you run multi-day UK journeys?
Yes, by arrangement. For multi-day journeys the quotation itemises, where applicable, driver accommodation, driver subsistence, crossings and tolls, and whether a second driver is needed to stay within legal driving hours. These are not included unless they appear on the quotation.
Do you cover Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?
Journeys in England, Scotland and Wales are quoted around the route. Northern Ireland journeys involve a ferry crossing and driver planning, so each one is quoted individually.
