Executive travel should feel organised before the vehicle arrives.
Terra ProLuxe does not simply supply a vehicle and a driver. Each booking is managed as a piece of work with a beginning, a middle and an end. This page sets out exactly what that means, so you can hold us to it.
Before your journey
Most problems in group transport are created before the vehicle moves. We review the detail while there is still time to act on it.
- Itinerary and running order
- Collection point and vehicle access
- Destination access and set-down restrictions
- Realistic travel time for the day and hour
- Passenger numbers and any special requirements
- Luggage volume, including specialist items
- Flight numbers and terminals where relevant
Vehicle preparation
The vehicle is prepared for the specific journey, not simply signed out of a yard.
- Exterior washed and presented before departure
- Passenger cabin cleaned and checked seat by seat
- Luggage area cleared and prepared for the load
- Climate control set before passengers board
- Onboard amenities checked and restocked
Collection
Collection is planned so the vehicle is in position and the passenger is not left guessing.
- Planned arrival ahead of the booked time
- Direct contact details shared with the lead passenger
- Assistance with luggage loading
- Airport meet and greet where booked
- Clear instructions where a specific pick-up zone applies
During your journey
The journey itself should be uneventful. That is the point of the preparation.
- Safe, smooth, professional driving
- A quiet cabin and discretion as standard
- Passenger comfort checked without intruding
- Communication if conditions change the plan
- Planned comfort or rest stops on longer routes
After your journey
The booking is not finished when the passengers step out of the vehicle.
- Booking closed and confirmed as completed
- Invoice or receipt issued promptly
- Business account journeys consolidated for billing
- Lost property logged and returned wherever possible
- A single, honest invitation to review the service
What we will not claim
Road transport operates in real conditions. We will not tell you that a vehicle is always early, that traffic never intervenes or that any operator can guarantee a fixed arrival minute. What we can commit to is planning that assumes things go wrong, and a direct contact who tells you promptly when they do.
