Cruise port transfers

Southampton Cruise Transfers

Private group transfers with a driver to and from Southampton cruise terminals — from a London home or hotel, from Heathrow, or from an agreed address elsewhere in the UK. The Standard 8 Seater carries up to 8 passengers and the Executive Luxury 16 Seater up to 16.

Journeys we plan

London hotel to Southampton, Heathrow arrival to Southampton, or Southampton to Heathrow or a London hotel. Each leg is listed on one quotation so timings connect. Your collection time is planned around the address, the terminal, expected traffic and the arrival window given by your cruise line.

Embarkation and disembarkation

For embarkation we work back from the arrival window your cruise line gives you. For disembarkation the collection time and waiting allowance are agreed in advance, because leaving a ship depends on the ship's own schedule. Port access and drop-off points are set by the port and terminal.

What to send us

  • ship name, sailing date and terminal (from your cruise line)
  • flight number, date and arrival time if Heathrow is part of the trip
  • the collection address and your requested collection or arrival time
  • number of passengers, large cases, cabin bags and any specialist items
  • child-seat or assistance requirements

Tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and specialist items you will carry. We check the load against your passenger numbers and confirm the suitable vehicle in your written quotation. Assistance arrangements are confirmed in writing before travel.

An enquiry or estimate does not hold a vehicle. A booking is confirmed only after the written quotation is accepted and the deposit is received, and we confirm in writing.

  • London homes and hotels, Heathrow, or an agreed UK address
  • Outbound embarkation and return disembarkation
  • One-way, return or linked multi-leg itinerary
  • Passengers and bags checked before the vehicle is confirmed
  • Child seats and meet and greet by request
  • Written quotation — an enquiry is not a booking
Frequently asked questions

Useful to know before you book.

Which terminal should we give you?

Southampton has more than one cruise terminal. Ask your cruise line which terminal your ship uses on your date and include it with the ship name when you request a quote.

Can you collect us from Heathrow and take us straight to the ship?

Yes, as a linked itinerary. Send the flight number, date and arrival time with the sailing details. We monitor the flight details supplied and agree your collection arrangements before travel. Meet and greet is available on request. Your quotation confirms the price, airport charges, included waiting and any additional-waiting rate. Significant delays or changes are reviewed against vehicle and driver availability.

Can you collect from a London hotel?

Yes. Give us the hotel name and address; the collection point is agreed before the day. If your group is split across hotels, list each one so the order and timing can be planned.

How is the return from the ship arranged?

Disembarkation times vary by ship and how quickly luggage is released. The collection time and the waiting allowance are agreed in advance and set out on the quotation.

Will all our cases fit?

Tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and specialist items you will carry. We check the load against your passenger numbers and confirm the suitable vehicle in your written quotation.

Can we book child seats or meet and greet?

Child seats are by request and must be confirmed in writing. Meet and greet is an optional request. Any charge is shown on the written quotation.
