We plan drop-off and collection points with the venue's traffic arrangements in mind. Access is set by the venue and local authorities, so we cannot guarantee the nearest door or unrestricted access; the agreed point is confirmed to your group before the day. If your event runs later than planned, an extension may be possible subject to vehicle availability and legal driver-hour limits. Any extension rate is set out on your quotation; service is not open-ended.

Is alcohol allowed on board?
