Terra ProLuxe Travel is operated by MOVE4WORLD LTD (company no. 11937497), a licensed public service vehicle operator. Everything below can be evidenced in writing for supplier vetting.
PSV operator licence
Licence PK 2048012, issued by the Traffic Commissioner for London and the South East of England. Every journey is operated under that licence.
Insurance
Comprehensive motor insurance, public liability insurance and employers' liability insurance, valid until January 2027. Certificates are available to account clients on request.
Driver standards
Licensed professional drivers holding the appropriate entitlement for the vehicle operated, working to recorded driving-hours rules, presented in business dress and briefed on each assignment before travel.
Vehicle maintenance
Vehicles are maintained on a scheduled inspection programme with daily walk-around checks and defect reporting before service. Any vehicle with an outstanding safety defect is withdrawn.
Data protection
Passenger names, contact details and itineraries are used only to deliver the booking, retained no longer than needed for legal and accounting purposes, and never sold. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
