Hotels & concierge

A transport partner your guests won't complain about.

Group and family transport for London hotels, concierge desks and guest relations teams — airport runs, day hire, theatre and restaurant movements — booked through one named contact and billed to your account.

A concierge recommendation is a personal one. When the vehicle is late, unmarked or the wrong size for the family and their luggage, the complaint lands on your desk rather than ours. We work with hotels on that basis: consistent vehicles, consistent presentation, and a straight answer when something cannot be done.

Most guest work is groups and families — the cases where three separate cars would be worse than one vehicle. The Standard 8 Seater suits smaller parties; the VIP Luxury 16 Seater takes a full family group with luggage in a single cabin with tables, USB charging and a panoramic roof.

Partner terms are agreed before the first booking: either a net rate for you to resell, or a commission against the published rate. Journeys are billed to a monthly account so the desk is never handling payment during a guest's stay.

We are a licensed PSV operator with comprehensive, public liability and employers' liability cover. Documentation for your procurement or due-diligence file is available on request.

Common questions

How do concierge teams book?

By phone, WhatsApp or email to a named contact. Account holders skip the online form entirely and receive a written confirmation for the guest folder.

Can guests be billed to the room or the hotel account?

Yes. Journeys can be charged to the hotel's monthly account and reconciled against your own guest billing, or quoted for the guest to settle directly.

Do you offer commission to hotel partners?

We agree partner terms case by case — either a net rate you resell at your own margin or a commission on the published rate. Both are confirmed in writing before the first booking.

What if a guest's plans change late at night?

Account contacts reach us out of hours. Changes are accommodated where the vehicle and chauffeur are available; if not, we say so immediately rather than leaving a guest waiting.
