Does the vehicle stay at the venue all day?
Yes — event work is booked as as-directed day hire, so the chauffeur and vehicle remain with your party from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
Can you handle event parking and passes?
We plan drop-off and collection points in advance and, where a venue requires a coach or minibus pass, we arrange it before the day.
Do you cover late finishes?
Yes. Concerts, dinners and hospitality evenings routinely run late — the return time is agreed on the day, not fixed at booking.
Is alcohol allowed on board?
Sealed drinks are fine for hospitality journeys. We ask that the cabin is treated with the same care we present it in, and the chauffeur may decline where safety is a concern.
