Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage. Together we refer to them as "cookies" in this policy.

Always active. These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They do not require consent.

• storing your cookie preferences;
• keeping an administrator signed in to the booking system;
• load balancing and security by the hosting platform.

Off until you consent. We do not currently use a third-party analytics service. With your consent, our own site records a simple page-view log so we can see which pages are used:

• the page address visited and the referring page, without any query details;
• browser type and approximate country from the request;
• your IP address, and a one-way scrambled version of it;
• anonymous quote-form steps (started, step reached, error type, whether an estimate was shown, request received) and taps on phone or WhatsApp links, without any details you type;
• the campaign label in a link you followed (for example utm_source), saved with your enquiry for that visit only.

If you choose essential only, or later withdraw consent, no further page views are recorded. Quote and contact forms work the same either way.

Off until you consent. We do not currently load any marketing or advertising technology. If we add one, it will stay off unless you allow marketing, and this policy will be updated first.

• Stripe — fraud prevention on payment pages; essential to processing a payment.
• Hosting platform — security and delivery cookies; essential.
• Journal embed (Soro) — the Journal page loads articles from Soro, a third-party publishing service, when you open that page. It is content you have asked to see rather than tracking; Soro may set its own cookies under its own policy.
• Google Maps — used on our server to estimate route distance for quotations; it does not set cookies on your device from our forms.

You can change your consent at any time. Your choice is stored on your device and applies until you change it or clear your browser storage.
