These terms apply to bookings made directly with Terra ProLuxe Travel for executive transport services in the United Kingdom.

Bookings

All bookings are accepted at our discretion and are confirmed in writing. A minimum 4-hour hire applies to all bookings. Quotations are private and tailored to each enquiry.

Service

Terra ProLuxe Travel operates its own vehicles and chauffeurs. We are not a marketplace, and we do not sub-contract bookings to partner operators.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking and depend on the service category and lead time.

Liability

Terra ProLuxe Travel holds appropriate UK operator licensing and insurance. Full liability terms are provided in your booking confirmation.
