Comparison guide

Choosing a minibus or coach for your group.

The right vehicle depends on passenger numbers, luggage, access and itinerary. Compare the Standard 8 Seater and Executive Luxury 16 Seater with arrangements needed for larger groups.

What we operate

Terra ProLuxe operates two vehicle categories: the Standard 8 Seater (Ford Tourneo Custom) for up to eight passengers, and the Executive Luxury 16 Seater (Mercedes-Benz Sprinter) for up to sixteen. We do not operate our own full-size coaches.

For groups above sixteen, we review whether the journey can be covered by more than one vehicle, or by a licensed partner operator where one is available. Any partner arrangement is named and agreed in writing before booking — it is never assumed.

A minibus is not always the answer

A minibus is not always cheaper, and it is not suitable for every street or venue. Vehicle dimensions, venue access, journey length and passenger comfort are checked for your specific plan before we quote.

For a large group that wants to travel together in one vehicle, a coach from a dedicated coach operator may suit you better. We will say so plainly if that is the case.

Ask for a written quotation

Tell us the total number of passengers, the luggage (large and small bags) and the itinerary. For more than sixteen passengers, choose "Multiple vehicles" on the form and describe the plan — the request goes to manual review and is not a confirmed booking.
