Admission tickets, tour guides, meals and passenger accommodation are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
From London the outbound is usually planned as a travel day. Alternatively we can begin in Edinburgh or Glasgow if you fly or take the train north; repositioning the vehicle is shown on the quotation.
Common itineraries include Edinburgh and Stirling; the Trossachs to Glencoe and Fort William; Loch Ness and Inverness; Skye and the west coast.
Highland roads are slower than the map suggests, so daily distances are planned around legal driving hours.

- Passengers and luggage
- Standard 8 Seater for up to 8 passengers, Executive Luxury 16 Seater for up to 16, each plus the driver. Tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and specialist items you will carry. We check the load against your passenger numbers and confirm the suitable vehicle in your written quotation.

- the vehicle and driver for the reserved hours; planning of the agreed collections, stops and return; fuel.

- admission tickets and timed-entry slots; tour guides; meals and refreshments; passenger accommodation. Where an attraction uses timed entry, book your slots first and send them to us so the schedule can be finalised around them. We cannot guarantee attraction availability, special access or walking distances.
- Driver arrangements
- For multi-day journeys the quotation itemises, where applicable, driver accommodation, driver subsistence, crossings and tolls, and whether a second driver is needed to stay within legal driving hours. These are not included unless they appear on the quotation.
