Accompanied family travel
Families travelling together between home, airports, stations and schools. One vehicle for the whole family and the luggage, with the collection time and place agreed in advance.
Start and end of term
Arrivals and departures around term dates, including airport connections. Give us the flight number, terminal and school address so the timings can be planned; we cannot change a collection automatically if a flight is delayed.
Luggage planning
Tell us the number of large cases, trunks and sports kit. We check the load against the passengers and recommend the Standard 8 Seater, the Executive Luxury 16 Seater or a second vehicle.
Collection and handover
Who collects, who receives and where — a school reception, an arrivals hall or a home address — is agreed with the responsible adult before travel and set out on the quotation.
Unaccompanied children
Any request involving an unaccompanied child is reviewed separately and accepted only where our documented safeguarding and handover arrangements permit it. Sending an enquiry does not confirm it.
We do not offer escort, guardianship or chaperone services, and we have no contracts or partnerships with schools. Child seats are requested by age and need and confirmed before booking.
Standard 8 Seater
Our Standard 8 Seater is a Ford Tourneo Custom for up to eight passengers, with forward-facing reclining seats, air conditioning and USB charging. A professional driver is included. We confirm luggage space and any child-seat requirements before accepting your booking.
Executive Luxury 16 Seater
A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for up to 16 passengers plus the driver, with leather seating and air conditioning. Luggage space is confirmed against your passengers and cases before booking.
Who should make the enquiry?
A responsible adult — usually a parent or the person organising the journey. They are our contact for the quotation, the collection arrangements and any change on the day.
Can a child travel without an adult?
Any request involving an unaccompanied child is reviewed separately and accepted only where our documented safeguarding and handover arrangements permit it. Sending an enquiry does not confirm it.
Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are requested by the child's age and need. We confirm whether a suitable seat can be supplied and fitted, and any charge, before booking. Not every seat type is available.
Can you carry end-of-term luggage?
Term luggage, trunks and sports kit vary a lot. Tell us how many large cases, cabin bags and specialist items you will carry. We check the load against your passenger numbers and confirm the suitable vehicle in your written quotation.
What information do you need?
The journey and dates, flight number and terminal if an airport is involved, the number of adults and children with the children's ages, luggage, child-seat needs and who is authorised to collect or receive the passengers. Please do not send passport copies or medical details with the enquiry.
